Sometimes we know that we want to take a next step into something new but we don’t know where to start.

This course will support you to explore opportunities in employment, education and training and assist you in making a choice about which direction to go in next.  

Session Outcomes:

The course aims to support students to:

• Give you the motivation to get you started.
• Find out the skills you did not know you had.
• Develop practical skills including interview skills, building confidence in communicating via telephone / email with employers / training providers, etc. 
• Learn how to climb over / walk around the obstacles you may face when thinking about employment, education, training. 
• Say Hello to the Employment and Recovery Teams (an opportunity to meet with and discuss how the Employment and Recovery Teams can support you in your next steps
• ‘How to guide’ putting it all together turning your knowledge in to action.
