(Four week course)
This is an opportunity for those who have enjoyed the Introduction to Spirituality course to explore in more depth what spirituality is, and how we might more effectively draw on our spiritual side to move forward in our journey of recovery and wellbeing.
We will aim to understand more about our life journey so far in terms of spirituality, look at what spiritual resources are available to us, both internally and externally, and look at our spiritual aspirations for the future.
Themes will include spiritual struggles, hope and coping, forgiveness and compassion, and taking better care of our spiritual side.
This course is open to anyone, whether you see yourself as religious or not.
Session Outcomes:
- You will have a clearer understanding of what spirituality might be
- You will have a chance to reflect on how spirituality might help recovery and wellbeing
