SWAP (Sector-based Work Academy Programmes) is an opportunity to learn new skills and get experience of working in a particular industry. The programme is to help jobseekers, who are claiming either Universal Credit, Jobseekers Allowance or ESA to build confidence, improve job prospects and enhance CV's.
The employer welcomes anyone who is interested to apply. This can include health problems, mental health problems and also people with Criminal Records (taken on a case by case).
There is lots of flexibility with hours so people can do a minimum of 8hrs all the way to full-time if they want.
There are loads of jobs available at stadiums and events all over the Black Country.
