Wellbeing Sessions with Tough Enough to Care

Tough Enough to Care has kindly offered to deliver a series of health and wellbeing sessions throughout August and September at the Recovery College.

These consist of 90 minute sessions covering the basics of mental health, how to see some potential warning signs in others, self care, opening a dialogue and being allowed to ask about suicidal thoughts and most importantly, correct methods of signposting to professionals so you are not left holding the ball (which is more often than not, the reason people avoid asking or reaching in to people about their mental health).

A full run down of dates and times are as follows:

31st August at 10am - 11:30am face to face at YMCA Small St, Walsall  Please note this has been cancelled

4th September at 10am-11:30am – Online Zoom  Please note this has been cancelled

5th September at 10am-11:30am – Online Zoom  Please note this has been cancelled

7th September at 10am-11:30am – face to face at Quayside House, Oldbury
