Guided by You, Smethwick

 Healthwatch Sandwell is an independent champion for people who use health and social care services, their role includes finding out what matters to people to help make sure their views shape the support their needs. They are working with Sandwell Health and Care Partnership to capture the patient and service user experience in helping to make change. 

They would like local people from Smethwick to share their views on what is important to you in order to help them shape local services.
