Mental Health Awareness Week: Anxiety, Day 3

Image shows pea green background with a watercolour illustration of a person holding their head in front of a computer and books. Curved text reads Mental Health Awareness Week in white. Below black text reads: Anxiety.

Mental Health Awareness Week this year is focused on anxiety and how we can increase people's awareness and understanding of anxiety by providing information on the things that can help prevent it from becoming a problem.

To encourage more dialogue and to help you find more resources, this week we are sharing helpful websites that will assist in your recovery journey.

Today we are looking at articles from:

National charity helping people with Anxiety - Anxiety UK

    What is anxiety? (rethink.org)
