If you live in Sandwell, From 5th February to 10th February you could be eligible to book in for a FREE NHS Health Check!
You are eligible for the Health Check if:
- You are aged 40 – 74
- You have a Sandwell address and/or registered to a Sandwell GP
- You do not have a pre-existing health condition.
